Abstract

One of the essentials of communication, say the classics, is to think about the receiver, his ability or interest in understanding what the sender has to say. The logic of the principle often clashes, on many occasions, with the commitment of those who only think about their message, to send it when and how they want to... A kind of exaltation of "because I'm worth it", in other words. And that is where part of the work of a consultant comes in, as a Communication Studio: helping people to get to know each other better, both as receivers and senders, so that they can understand each other.

The journalist, in terms of his or her relationship with companies and institutions, is not only a receiver, but also part of that transmission belt that carries the message from an organisation to other target audiences of the organisation, insofar as they coincide with the audiences of the medium for which the professional journalist works.
