Abstract

The present article aims to propose a communication perspective applied to triple impact (B) companies, which are characterised by seeking a positive social, environmental and economic impact, providing added value in their products and/or services to society. This proposal involves looking at communication from a strategic paradigm, leaving aside traditional theories and adapting to new business models, typical of the current context.
It is important to be aware that communication models and theories are mutating along with the structural dynamics of society, which implies studying social phenomena from new perspectives.
